Jiangsu Tendering Center Co., Ltd. accepted the entrustment of Soho Fashion Group Co., Ltd. to conduct public bidding for the earthwork replacement and filling project of Egyptian garment production base construction project. The project funds are raised by the tenderee, and the funds have been implemented. Qualified units are welcome to participate in the bidding.

一、项目编号及名称

二、项目简要说明

II. Brief description of the project

1、项目概况：项目位于埃及西坎塔拉工业区（Qantara West Industrial Zone），该工业区位于埃及伊斯梅利亚省，隶属于苏伊士运河经济特区，距离开罗约150公里。

1. Project overview: The project is located in the West Kantara Industrial Zone (Qantara West Industrial Zone) of Egypt, which is located in the Ismailia Province of Egypt, belonging to the Suez Canal Special Economic Zone, about 150 kilometers away from Cairo.

2、项目内容: 本项目红线范围内对4万平方米土地进行换填，

2. Content of the project: 40,000 square meters of land will be replaced within the red line of the project.

3、工期要求：合同工期总日历天数60天，以合同签订日期为开工日期。

3. Construction period requirements: the total calendar days of the contract construction period are  60  days, and the commencement date shall be the date stated in the commencement order issued by the supervisor.

回填应首先完成一期（2.5万平方米）项目建设需要，在30天内完成。

The backfilling shall be completed within 30 days after the first phase (25,000 square meters) of the project is completed.

4、标包划分及中标人数量：本项目划分为一个标段，确定1家中标人。

4. Bid package division and number of winning bidders: The project is divided into one bid section, and one winning bidder is determined.

5、中标原则：最低评标价法。

叁、投标人资格要求

III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1、投标人是响应招标、参加投标竞争的法人或者其他组织（提供证书复印件）；

1. The bidder is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding and participates in the bidding competition (provide a copy of the certificate);

2、项目经理资质类别和等级：注册建造师证建筑二级(含)以上及有效的安全生产考核B类证或埃及注册工程师或国际同等资质（提供证书复印件）；

2. Qualification category and grade of project manager: registered constructor certificate, construction level II (inclusive) or above and valid safety production assessment class B certificate or Egyptian registered engineer or international equivalent qualification (copy of certificate provided);

3、投标人自近五年内(指 2020 年 1 月 1 日至投标文件递交截止日)承接过合同金额不少于300万人民币（或等值美元）的土方换填业绩（提供合同复印件，若合同为总承包合同，则需要提供清单等其他能证明金额的材料）；

3. In the recent five years (from January 1, 2020 to the deadline for submission of bidding documents), the bidder has undertaken earthwork replacement performance with a contract value of not less than RMB 3 million (or equivalent US dollars) ((Provide a copy of the contract. If the contract is a general contract, it is necessary to provide a list and other materials that can prove the amount.));

4、本项目不接受联合体参与投标。

四、招标文件的领取(没有登记领取招标文件的单位，其投标文件将被拒绝)

1、标书发售时间：2025年09月30日起至2025年10月09日止，每天8:30—11:30，14:00—17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）

3、支付方式：投标人应在av中文字幕高清中字招标中心有限公司官网（飞飞飞.箩蝉迟肠肠.肠苍）“供应商注册”入口进行注册，注册完成后通过“供应商登录“入口进入”闯厂罢颁颁江苏招标电子交易平台”，进入“搜索项目”栏目，在搜索框中输入本项目编号或项目名称，点击对应的项目进行“关注”，关注完成后进入“我的项目”栏目，选择本项目并支付费用，支付完成后电子发票可自行在平台下载。同时，投标人可选择到现场缴纳费用。

3. Payment method: The bidder shall register at the entrance of "Supplier Registration" on the official website of Jiangsu Tendering Center Co., Ltd. (Www.jstcc.cn), enter "JSTCC Jiangsu Tendering Electronic Trading Platform" through the entrance of "Supplier Login" after registration, enter the column of "Project Search", and input the project number or project name in the search box. Click the corresponding project to "follow", enter the "My Project" column after the attention is completed, select the project and pay the fee, and the electronic invoice can be downloaded on the platform after the payment is completed. At the same time, the bidder can choose to pay the fee on site.

4、支付完成后，纸质文件可通过现场领取，现场领取的请至av中文字幕高清中字招标中心有限公司（南京市鼓楼区郑和中路118号）1307室领取。同时，电子文件将发至投标人邮箱，电子文件仅为投标人编制投标文件使用，相关内容以纸质文件为准。

4. After the payment is completed, the paper documents can be collected on site. Please collect them at Room 1307 of Jiangsu Tendering Center Co., Ltd. (No.118, Zhenghe Middle Road, Gulou District, Nanjing). At the same time, the electronic documents will be sent to the bidder's mailbox.
